Client Vision
To preserve the architectural soul of this historic Spanish Revival home by architect Garrett Van Pelt while transforming it into a timeless, livable retreat. The design aimed to honor the home’s iconic arches and coastal setting, blending heritage with modern luxury. Through thoughtful craftsmanship, a transitional kitchen and serene living spaces were created—offering elegance, ocean views, and a seamless connection between past and present.

A Luxury White Kitchen Design
Perched above Victoria Beach in Laguna Beach, this luxury modern white kitchen is part of a thoughtful kitchen renovation in Victoria Beach. Originally designed by architect Garrett Van Pelt, known for his classic symmetry and architectural arches, the home blends heritage with modern luxury.
Led by CEO Shimon Garibi and designer Claire Kim, the design honors Van Pelt’s vision. Arched windows overlook the Pacific, while Verve FS120 Frosty White cabinetry creates a refined, gallery-like space.
Natural light plays across bronze handles, Vero glass, and tall Bossa Natural Oak units that conceal appliances. The result is a high end white kitchen where function meets beauty.
